@Migmag789 It's been a bit. Figured I would follow up to make sure the problem was a once in a life time thing or something different. Have you seen the problem pop up again?

OK. I believe this is an existing issue with Minecraft sound handling. It happens rarely, but us sound mod authors have seen it off and on.
