3.0.6 mod version
minecraft forge_14.23.2.2561

if i open the mod and wait it crash at the end of the loading
I don't see Dynamic Surrounding mentioned anywhere in the log. But given the information you gave you need to update DS to the latest BETAs given that you are using a really current Forge version. Forge made some positive changes that broke DS and the fixes are in the latest DS BETAs.
But how do i update ds betas
