When you go in to mod options, and set Potion HUD to false, it doesn't turn them off.

You restart your client?

In my sandbox if I were to disable the potion HUD, and restart the client from scratch, it shows the normal Minecraft HUD. If you were to just disable the HUD and reload the world without exiting the client it would still show.

If I disable the potion hud, and restart minecraft from scratch, it still shows. I even rebooted my PC just to make sure nothing funky was going on.

I cleaned up the code for enable/disable of the potion HUD so that toggling it has an immediate effect. However, I did nothing to address the issue related to the HUD not disabling as defined in this report. I could not duplicate it.

And you are using the 1.10.2/1.11.x version, and the HUD icons has timer information and a world description? Reason is that the I tested it and it does not do that for me. I am really curious about the conditions.

I removed the mod, restarted minecraft, then re-added it and it's working now. Don't know what the deal was but thank you for the enhancement. We can consider this closed I guess.

When you removed the mod did you clear out the dsurround.cfg file?
