It'd be perfect for this mod to have a configurable blink effect and/or brightness to the stars in the night sky.
If you feel like going in-depth with it, a configurable pool of colors to pick from or etc. color options.
No other mod really offers it (Stellar Sky looks like hot garbage and doesn't fit any good feeling) and it makes the night sky look a lot prettier (as an example, the New 3DS version of Minecraft has this effect, it's just difficult to find footage of).
