Hitting the ground with a sword is causing micro stutters

Description:
Whenever I hit the ground with a sword, there is a micro stutter with each sword slash. This is very noticeable when walking at the same time.
I realized there is now a repository for each 1.14 mods, so I moved the issue to the right place
