Description:
Even with the "Use Vanilla Algorithms" config set to true, dynamic surroundings overrides the resource pack for rain, and ignores how Weather2 handles rain in overcast mode (Causing it to fall incrementally, rather than all at once). A config option which entirely disables the dynamic surroundings changes to rain would be ideal.
