[1.16.4] Steam rises from areas where water no longer meets lava.

Install Minecraft 1.16.5, Forge 36.0.13, and DynamicSurroundings-1.16.4-4.0.3.8.
Launch, enter a world, find a place where water has flowed over the top of lava.
Block off the water.
Since this effect does not persist through leaving and reentering the world, I suspect it is unintended.

And on the extreme off-chance a debug log is needed: 2021-02-01-1.log
I have seen this off/on myself. I haven't been able to narrow in on it as of yet. I suspect a block update is being missed client side.
As an FYI - putting a hot block (magma, lava, etc.) under a full cauldron will cause it to emit steam. It's been in there a bit - no one has commented on it. :)
