Moved from old repository.

In a recent build I did some work with magma blocks. Specifically:

• Counts a lava block for steam jet generation
• Throws of sparks like netherrack when hit with rain splash
• Sounds like sandstone when walked on

Not sure I want to add anything additional at this point.
