Lag Spike upon Landing from a Jump

Forge Version:

36.1.24

Description:

Upon landing from a jump while jumping on the same block level, You will always get a lag spike upon landing, If you jump down a block level or jump up a block level, this spike does NOT happen, I believe it is the script of playing said sound and possibly related to heavy armor? I am wearing full Vanilla Diamond when this is happening. This is the only mod in said pack along with it's lib if there is one.

If it winds up helping any, I'm noticing this as well, only in certain environments, and the armor makes only a slight difference in how long the stutter is.
