[1.16.4] Cannot cull the village anvil ding sound.

Description:

I want to mute the sound environs:village.anvil because it's annoying and confuses my players, and I had muted it by adding "environs:village.anvil cull" to the Individual Sound Config config, in sndcntrl.toml. After restarting, I still hear the sound. After changing it to "environs:village.anvil cull 100" and restarting, I still hear the sound.

I thought it might be an incompatibility with Extreme Sound Muffler, but it kept making the sound after removing it. Here is my mod list: https://pastebin.com/bpFwfHmZ

Description:

I'm experiencing a similar issue, except with environs:crickets and environs:deep_crickets (not sure it's limited to just these sounds to be honest).

If I add "environs:crickets block 0", "environs:deep_crickets block 0" to config/dsurround/sndctrl-client.toml, these sounds still play unless I open the "Individual Sound Configuration Settings" GUI in-game and toggle BLOCK on those sounds in there. Only works until the next client restart.
