You get wood by destroying bottom block, the rest is auto harvested. It's 1.10.2 but it's listed on https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/dynamictrees as compatible.
Why isn't there a config for this? (edit this is still mostly about the compatibility "declaration?" rather than the missing config in an outdated? version)

Edit: this only happened on the first world I made for some reason, I haven't been able to recreate it. now I don't get any wood but buggy/laggy when I try to pass through the previous position of a branch.
I'll try to gather more info if you want to keep it listed as compatible.

oh. And I use the newest (as of now betterbeginnings-MC1.10.2-b0.9.8-R8c and DynamicTrees-1.10.2-0.7.4) version for 1.10.2 in both mods
