Rules(Read this first!)
This is just a template to help you post a useful issue. Erase these rules and any irrelevant categories and content as you see fit. Do not make issues requesting compatibility with other tree providing mods such as Forestry. Only submit issues related to the latest version of the mod for the currently supported version of Minecraft(which is currently only 1.12.2). When referring to software versions always use the actual version number and never "latest".

Describe the bug
Dynamic Trees either not forming in certain biomes (Vanilla Plains, for example) or forming mixed with non-dynamic trees. Vanilla Tree generation is set to 'off' in the config.

To Reproduce
Create world using the mods listed below.

Additional context
While Vanilla Plains are certainly not the only biome this issue occurs in, it is the most vexing. Others will be added to this list once identified. While my modpack contains over 150 biomes, the fact that it's occurring in Vanilla ones is vexing.

Some other mod is generating those trees. It is not Dynamic Tree's job to deal with other mods. Therefore this issue will be closed. However, lack of dynamic tree generation can be an issue, and if that persists and can be documented, I may re-open this issue. (If you want to track the bug, I recommend using a binary search, split the mod list in half, see which half has the bug, and repeat until you find one or two offending mods.)
