Structures can spawn on top of trees

Sometimes structures spawn on top of trees, causing parts of a tree to become independent to each other and leaving a weird mess of floating parts of trees.
Due to this actually being a vanilla bug, it will not be fixed before the upcoming 1.16 release, but we are developing our own workaround for this which will come in a later release.
