Smoke isnt generated by dynamic trees when burned

Description:
When tress from dynamic trees are lit on fire they do not generate the smoke which blocks are supposed to when burned.
To Reproduce:
-Download dynamic trees
-Light tree on fire

Additional info:
This is mainly important because it causes mods like the physics mod to also have no smoke which is very noticeable compared to the default game.
