Crash while chopping dynamic date palm with Tinkers Lumberjack Axe (1.12.2)

I was chopping down date palm with Lumberjack Axe from Tinkers Construct,(the one that chops all logs of normal tree) then screen gone black and game crashed.
It works again after removing DynamicTreesForestry-1.12.2-1.0.10, but thats not perfect solution as all trees from Forestry are removed from the world...

Is there a way to remove only date palm tree?

Well, thats still a bug taht I can see is showing up from time to time on different version of MC, but Ive managed to sort it out (not perfect way, but it solves my issue). Just removed falling tree entity with NBTExplore.
