I noticed Jungle shrubs with oak wood centers still spawn. I think it would be cool to have a Dynamic version of them.

I agree that dynamic blocks would make the shrubs look better however it has a flaw. This decorative feature was intentionally made with vanilla blocks to keep ticking to a minimum for jungles.
