[Bug] Dynamic TFC trees DO NOT generate in server side.

Forge version: 14.23.5.2855
Server: Forge
No other mods that affects World gen.

Only dynamic oak trees generate in world when using level-type=tfc_classic

Sorry，this is a bug from server side "mohist", not from the mod.
