[Feature Request] Add all commands to tab complete

Trying to use tab to autocomplete results in only a handful of commands autocompleting, most commands will not autocomplete.
commands such as fullrender, cancelrender, etc, do not fill in using tab.
Dynmap: version: core=3.0-SNAPSHOT-259, plugin=3.0-SNAPSHOT-259
Spigot: CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-a03b1fd-fc318cc (MC: 1.15.2) (Implementing API version 1.15.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)
