Problem with map-site

Hi! I have a problem with site which pic the server's map

My friends also received this message. I thought I have problems with my provider, but no.
So from that it looks like the web server has started successfully.
If you can't access it then is your host allowing that port through? If it's self hosted, have you checked your firewall and port forwarding settings?
i am with the same problem, i say with my host and they send this:
"In Multicraft hosting, as the ips are shared, the only port we release for your hosting is the Minecraft server (xxxxx).
To use other ports as well, it is only possible in dedicated hosting, which has a dedicated IP for each hosting."
So i dont know if i really need to pay for a dedicated host to use dynmap, and thats sad
