Issue Description: DynmapCBBridge 2.4-120 don't work whit new Dynmap Forge Version for MC 1.12.2 on Hybridserver. Plugins like Dynmap-essentials or Dynmap-worldguard don't loading dynmap marker API

Dynmap Version: Dynmap-3.1-SNAPSHOT-forge-1.12.2.jar + DynmapCBBridge 2.4-120
Server Version: CatServer version git-CatServer-1.12.2-20c1883 (MC: 1.12.2) (Implementing API version 1.12.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT, Forge version 14.23.5.2854)

Other Relevant Data: I'am must use old Versions from Dynmap Addons. For MC 1.12.2 i must use old 6.x Version from Worldguard. I have testet varios Versions DynmapFroge from 2.6 -> 3.1 and Dynmap Addons.

There are three Hybridserver like Cauldron for 1.12.2:

DynmapCBBridge hasn't been updated since 1.9 and has been abandoned when support for those versions was dropped.

There are no plans to re-add support for this so I'm going to close it for now. As always, if mikeprimm has changed his mind on this or I am wrong feel free to open this ticket again.
