Update from mike on discord- PR is merged and the 1.16.4 beta is being built.

He's been super busy with 80+ hour weeks for the past couple weeks and progress is moving slowly but I would imagine we will get the official announcement and build later today

There is now a 1.16.4 version at https://dynmap.us/builds/dynmap/Dynmap-3.1-SNAPSHOT-spigot.jar
