Currently, the Curseforge project does not feature the Fabric category, nor does it mention anywhere that Fabric is even supported. This information should be added to make the project more discoverable among Fabric users.

While the category is still not added, the title recently got updated to say "Dynmap-Forge/Fabric" now. This resolves the issue of not immediately knowing if Fabric is supported!
