'pause none' doesn't check fullrenderplayerlimit

I have my fullrenderplayerlimit set to 3, and after start all works well, until I change anything to the worlds with the dmap command, and do dynmap pause none, it resumes rendering, even though 4 people are online. I think this is a bug.
