Error after initializing legacy support on Paper-154

Issue Description: Dynmap throws an error shortly after craftbukkit enables legacy support. With the most recent beta of Dynmap, the most recent version of paper on a completely fresh server.

  • Dynmap Version: Dynmap-3.1-beta7-spigot.jar
  • Server Version: Paper-1.17.1-154.jar
  • Pastebin of Configuration.txt: The plugin does not even start up. There is no file generated.
  • Server Host (if applicable): Myself
  • Pastebin of crashlogs or other relevant logs: https://pastebin.com/vbheeNWe
  • Other Relevant Data/Screenshots: Using a completely fresh server. No configurations changed.
  • Steps to Replicate: Download the most recent version of paper and see crash log.

Oh.. My mistake. Dynmap runs flawless if you install the correct version through the spigot website. -_-
