Dynmap-worldguard "use3dregions: true" setting breaks display of WG regions

After updating from 3.2 BETA to 3.2, the WorldGuard checkbox in the Layers menu does nothing, this is observed when 3d region display is turned on. When the Dynmap-worldguard config has use3dregions
set to false, everything works normal, regions are displayed correctly. My conclusion is that in 3.2 and 3.2.1, use3dregions
is broken. Thanks!
