Issue Description: Biome foliage colors appear to be switched across almost all biomes.
- Dynmap Version: Dynmap version: core=3.3-SNAPSHOT-549, plugin=3.3-SNAPSHOT-549
- Server Version: Paper version git-Paper-22 (MC: 1.18)

- Steps to Replicate: World was upgraded from 1.17 using --forceupgrade
Closing - this is an experimental release for 1.18, and known issue broken by 3d biomes.
