Custom biome with colored (tinted) blocks, rendered with vanilla colors.

Issue Description: Tested with "Terralith 2.0" datapack, but assumed to apply to all. The pack adds many new biomes (only using vanilla blocks/assets), and in various biomes leaves have been tinted to different colors, for example, red, orange, and pink. Dynmap renders these blocks using their vanilla colors, and not the ones specified by the biome.
- Dynmap Version: 3.3-beta-2-577
- Server Version: paper 1.18.1 build 120
- (Pastebins not provided as this has been verified by another user, but if they are still necessary, will be added in an edit.)
- Other Relevant Data/Screenshots:
In the screenshot I do have a resource pack enabled, and optifine, however these are unrelated to the color feature. Here's a screenshot without optifine or the resourcepack, that also demonstrates this is part of the biome (by showing biome blending)
Also, this is not limited to leaves, as there is a biome that tintsgrass_block
to a more purple color, which also remains green on the map render. - Steps to Replicate: For Terralith specifically, if replicating my setup, you must create the world in single player first for whatever reason, before putting it on the server (something with spigot). Outside of that, it seems a stock configuration of paper + dynmap is enough. For a sample, use something like
/locatebiome terralith:temperate_highlands
, which is the biome in the screenshots.

#2318 although old may be related but I'm not sure?
Oh wait, this looks identical to #3156 ... my bad.
