Redstone wire not coloured according to power level

TBH - if trivial to impliment "off" vs "on at any level" like powered rails it would be good, this is what overviewer and others do for redstone.
We are also happy if this is a 'not going to be implimented' 👍 give how much grief redstone updates could cause, and it aint usually an artistic brush, I think most people will be fine 😁💚
