Issue Description: CTM: allow full path names in ctm.properties

  • Dynmap Version: dynmap version 3.4-beta-3-774
  • Server Version: Paper version git-Paper-339 (MC: 1.18.2) (Implementing API version 1.18.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT) (Git: 9b492cf)
  • Server Host (if applicable): Selfhosted,
  • Steps to Replicate:

ctm.properties of https://github.com/sp614x/optifine allows to use full paths which result in not rendering that tile in dynmap.

In the screenshot, the black areas on the pillars are deepslate tiles using a full path.

Only CTM 1.1 is supported, not ctm_compact or any other option, you are free to look into to code to add the feature you want and add a pull request

Full paths in ctm.properties (tiles=) is newer than CTM 1.1??
