Issue Description: In the attached image, you can see stairs being rendered incorrectly

Server Version: Fabric 1.18.2

Other Relevant Data/Screenshots: The black blocks are just blocks from Blockus I've yet to support manually. Potetially related to #3798?

Not seeing this with the stairs that I've tried - need to know specific blocks you see the problem with, along with a 'map' versus 'screenshot' of the same blocks showing the issue.
