How can I fix the "Could not update map: error" ?

Issue Description: "Could not update map: error" occured.
- Dynmap Version: dynmap v3.7-SNAPSHOT-924
- Server Version: Paper version git-Paper-196 (MC: 1.20.1) (Implementing API version 1.20.1-R0.1-SNAPSHOT) (Git: 773dd72)

When I made the changes below and restarted the server, an error occurred.

webchat-requires-login: true
hidewebchatip: true
persist-ids-by-ip: false
login-enabled: true
I have now restored the settings, but an error still occurs.
Please teach me, How can I fix the error ?
