Issue Description

Trees provided and generated by Dynamic trees are not rendered. No leaves or branches.
Even DynmapBlockScan did not help

Reproduce Steps

Install Dynmap 3.7 and Dynamic trees simultaneously
Render map

Why did you just close the issue? The problem has not been resolved.
