Issue Description: Cannot send chat message from web client with specific IP. When sending the message, I got You are not permitted to send chat messages. The error printed in the backend reads: [Dynmap] Ignore message from 'ip' - banned player (player name).

• I have looked at all other issues and this is not a duplicate

This server didn't enable the login feature and the server didn't ban anyone. The player who sent messages is the owner of the server.
