Issue Description: Dynmap sample issue description. This description would include as much and as little detail necessary for us to understand the issue in its entirety.

When I use the plugin command, I see dynmap listed, but get multiple errors in the console, saying it can't get biome base, biome storage, error initializing dynmap, and cannot invoke org.dynmap, and I can't connect at http://ip:8123 or http://localhost:8123. I also don't see a dynmap directory in the plugins directory.
