Issue

When right-clicking a sheep with Stone Shears in hand, the sheep is not sheared, and no sounds or hints at any interaction are played.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get Stone Shears in survival.
2. Find a sheep.
3. Right-click the sheep while holding Stone Shears.
4. Observe that nothing happens.
