I found a resource pack recently that replaces the Totem of Undying with a player model, but it doesn't support Ears skins by default, and I wanted to get a JSON model file that would replicate my in-game Ears skin as the totem.

I know this may be a relatively niche use case, but I'd really appreciate if it gets considered.
