Since the migration to microsoft accounts, Mojang changed the link to where someone can change their skin. It used to be https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/profile/skin, but now it is https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/msaprofile/mygames/editskin

The ears manipulator website is still using the old link, and should be updated as migration is now mandatory.
