Not showing the right item name after scrolling on 1.12.2

Description

imageHovering over an ink sac shows the name of an acacia door. Problem happens with pretty much any items, vanilla and modded once the number of trades is too big for the GUI scale. The 30-trades villager was spawned with commands, but modded villagers with too many trades also have this issue

Trading for the ink sac with a mouse click gives me an ink sac, consuming two acacia doors

Edit : after some more testing, I think what determines the item's name doesn't take into account scrolling as putting the trades to top and scrolling doesn't change the displayed name
