I noticed that all of a sudden, when putting items in the anvil and renaming them, it will actually duplicate the item. What I mean is that when I pick up the item on the right box with the new name, the item on the left box will not disappear and remain instead, which I can then remove and put on the inventory. Not sure what could be causing this. This does not generate any error log though. It just happens and the game continues without issue.

Try removing the stack item 64 mod. Does that fix the issue?
