Current behaviour

When the renaming_supports_formatting option is set to false, the anvil and nametag GUIs still show the question mark formatting hint icon.

Expected behaviour

When the renaming_supports_formatting option is set to false, the question mark should not appear, as it gives incorrect information in this case.
