Current behavior: Easy Anvils overwrite modded anvil behaviors. For example, the dragon anvil normally caps enchanting level costs to 30, and adding Easy Anvils will overwrite that. Other mods that remove caps from the anvil altogether do not function.
This can be seen with Dragon Loot and Charm.

Fixed in v4.0.3. Easy Anvils will now only change the mechanics of the vanilla anvil.
