[Bug]: Enchantment glint only visible while camera position changes, when using shaderpack

When a shaderpack using Oculus is active, the enchantment glint on an item being rendered on the anvil is only visible, while the camera position is changing. Meaning, when in 1st person while the player is moving, or in 3rd person when looking around. Looking around in 1st person only rotates the camera and does not make enchantment glints visible.
Does not happen when no shaderpack is active, Iris and Optifine not tested.
- Actvivate a shaderpack using Oculus
- Put enchanted book into anvil
- Enchantment glint is not visible unless moving
