The Minecraft wiki community recently switched and migrated from the Fandom website to a standalone website, to avoid all the hassle Fandom brought to all of us, including the spam of ADs

The new Wiki is located at https://minecraft.wiki

My suggestion is simply to switch the URL in the CurseForge README from

https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Formatting_codes#Usage

to

https://minecraft.wiki/wiki/Formatting_codes#Usage
