Fabrication has a balance change that can negate the cost of using anvils. However, when used in conjunction with Easy Anvils, the cost does not appear but seems to remove XP levels anyway. I tested to make sure the feature works without Easy Anvils before reporting and it does.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Fabrication 3.4.3 for version 1.20 of Minecraft and Mod Menu 7.2.2.
2. Open Minecraft and use Mod Menu to access Fabrication's settings menu.
3. Use the sidebar to access the "Balance" tab and scroll to the Balance Extra section. Ensure "Anvil No Xp Cost" is Enabled.
4. Go to an anvil and attempt to repair something.
