[Bug] Items Vanish When a Create Funnel is Attached to Any Side of Farm

Describe the bug 🐞
Any item from the farm vanishes when a Create Andesite Funnel is attached to any side. It should pop out onto the ground/belt or whatever from the funnel, but it seems to leave the farm and promptly disappears.
To Reproduce ⚙️
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Setup a Farm
- Attach a Create Mod Funnel
- Watch Items disappear
Expected behavior ✔️
Items should not be lost when attempting to automate with Create.

Debug log is not showing anything other than confirming the production of items.

Interestingly, when I was working on this issue, I detached all create funnels and let items build up. 5 Ender Pearls built up - I then attached a funnel again and 1 made it out onto the ground out of 5. Then every one produced after that vanished.
