Armor worn by npc is bugged and doesnt stick to their movement (armor is stuck in idle pose)

So the overall look of armor is fine, i dont see any problems with missing texture or a part of armor but the problem is that its stuck in idle vanilla pose. Even when npc moves. Version 1.19.2 4.4.1
