basically so NPCs can have little comic bubbles on top of their heads during distance dialogs or even regular dialog in mp servers so other people can see. Can help roleplay and immersion..

yes. i was testing and it didnt work.. i tried doing the distance dialog and the npc just spoke in chat with no bubble. Hopefully down the line when you have time you can get it to work.
