Talking Npc

The ability to add voice lines or vocal dialog. I have seen some NPC mods have a window where people can add/ upload sound packs for other people to download and use. This could be nice or even just a simple personal upload for server would do, even a simple text to speech with a male and female voices. This way the NPC feel more alive.

I think i'm going to close this as this is similar to issue #177 that you are in the process of working on. I know I wrote downloadable sound packs in my suggestion but just uploading our own recorded voice packs is enough for me.
