Describe the bug
When in the Actions menu, if the whole line is deleted, this is not saved.
Using Version 1.19.2 idk if this was fixed in the later versions.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a new npc
2. Edit the npc and go to Actions
3. Type something into On Interaction and save
4. Remove what you wrote
5. Click on Dialog and then on Basic again
6. On Interaction still has the same text

Expected behavior
Expected the text box to be empty
