Not sure if this is a bug or if im doing something wrong but I just downloaded the mod and at first I was able to upload a skin url and suddenly I went to try it again and the buttons had turned grey and I was unable to select to enter a url.

I was only left with the option of default skin options or disable skin.

Please let me know if there is a fix or if Im just dumb

The URL field has some validation, to avoid issues with URL skins.

1. You can't use the same URL again (within 10 min) if it failed before.
2. If the current value is the same like the url the button is disabled.
3. After Adding a URL the add button is blocked for 30 secs and shows and timer.

If you switch back to a default skin, most of these validations are rested after 10 secs or so.

Please let me know if you trying to add an URL which was not already added before.
If possible, please provide the steps to reproduce the issue or make a screen recording of the issue.
